Office Wi-Fi Speed Check ("we", "our", "us") is an office-productivity Android app that measures the speed of the currently connected Wi-Fi by downloading a test file and showing colored bars (red for low speed, green for normal speed). The app is free and supported by ads.
1) What We Collect
- No personal data collected by us: We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone, address, or any similar identifiers.
- Functional data on-device: The app downloads a test file only to measure your Wi-Fi speed and show results locally. We do not store or link this to your identity.
- Advertising SDKs: Third-party ad partners in the app may collect device identifiers, coarse location, and usage data to serve and measure ads under their own policies and legal bases.
2) How We Use Data
- Provide core functionality: measure and display Wi-Fi speed.
- Show ads to keep the app free.
- Respond to complaints/feedback you voluntarily send us, and contact you for feedback or limited marketing.

INTERNET– download the test file and load ads.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE/ACCESS_WIFI_STATE– detect connectivity and Wi-Fi details needed for speed testing.
5) Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6) International Use
The app is available worldwide. If you contact us, your message may be processed on servers outside your country, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7) Your Choices & Controls
- You can use the app without providing any personal info.
- If you contact us, you may request deletion of your messages and contact details at any time.
- Manage ad personalization via your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy controls) or the ad provider's in-app settings/links.
8) Region-Specific Rights
EEA/UK (GDPR): Where ad partners process personal data, their legal bases typically include consent (for personalized ads) or legitimate interests (for certain measurement/safety). In EEA/UK, the app or our ad partners may present a consent prompt. You can withdraw consent at any time via provided controls.
California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not "sell" personal information as defined by CCPA. Ad partners may process identifiers for ads. California residents can exercise rights (know, delete, correct, limit, opt-out of sharing for cross-context ads) via the ad partner controls and by emailing us.
9) Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any support/feedback data you voluntarily share. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Data Retention
We do not retain speed test results on our servers. If you email us, we retain your message and contact details only as long as needed for support, legal, and operational purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

This app includes advertising delivered by third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies and settings. Common categories include: ad networks, measurement providers, fraud prevention, and crash/analytics (if added in future).
