The "All Tasks" section is a centralized hub where you can monitor every task related to you and your teams. Whether you're assigning tasks, receiving them, or overseeing team progress, this section helps you manage work efficiently with multiple views, filters, and smart features.
Three Task Views
Assigned by Me
- This list shows all the tasks you have created and assigned to your team members.
- You can track whether the assigned person has completed the task
- You can see the status (Pending, In Process, Completed, Rejected)
- You can know when it was started or completed.
All Tasks
- This is the default overview screen showing all tasks
- Tasks assigned by you to others
- Tasks assigned to you by others.
- Tasks assigned among team members (even if you are not directly involved).
- It acts as a task timeline for everything happening in your workspace.
Assigned to Me
- Shows only the tasks where you are the assignee.
- You can: View task descriptions, deadlines, and status.
- Change the status as you work (e.g., from Pending → In Process → Completed).
Smart Filtering Options
You can filter and find tasks easily based on different conditions:
By Member
- View tasks related to all members or a specific person.
- Tasks linked to a specific person - either tasks they gave you, or you gave them.
- For example, you can check who assigned the task to you or which tasks you assigned to someone
By Status
Track tasks based on their current stage:
- Completed
- In Process
- Rejected
- Pending
By Team
Filter tasks by:
- All Teams (shows tasks from every team)
- A particular team (see tasks related to only one team)
Draft Tasks Feature
- You can create a task and save it as a draft.
- Drafts are saved locally, so you can review or complete them later before assigning.
- Review the draft.
- Make changes.
- Assign it when you're ready.
Distance Display
- For each task, the distance from your current location to the task location is shown (e.g., "32.6 m").
- Helps you identify how far a task's activity point is.
- Each task shows a distance label like:
"32.6 m", "120 m", "1.5 km", etc. - This measures the distance between: Your current location and The location where the task needs to be done (if provided).
Other Useful Features
- Search Bar: Quickly find a task by typing the member's name or part of the task title.
